Shipping policy
We ship Monday to Friday, with orders placed on weekends or public holidays being sent out the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. For NZ customers, all our parcels are delivered with no signature required.
Please note that some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control, keeping in mind rural deliveries may take longer than the below suggested timeframes.

- Once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. As such, we encourage everyone to always double check the address before placing the order.
- We do not grant refunds if an item is in transit.
- Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcels, is the responsibility of the customer for any additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
